these are things that fascinates me. it's all in the details. the shiny white resin sunglasses with a cool metal-lined groove. skinny jeans with an abstract vertical belt buckle with just a soft grey nondescript tshirt. a form fitting shirt with an unexpected upturned collar. grey, of course. a perforated shoe that is cut and detailed so elegantly. and an unpleated pair of tapering pants that ends at the ankle.
the simplest designs are sadly the most difficult shit to find. where the hell do i even find a one-button suit?

what's wrong with narrow pants ? malaysians need another look than those lazy-loose-cheap-looking jeans that cost rm200 . pants had always been designed to fit, and they should fit .
i have searched far and wide, and have yet to find a pair of good skinny jeans here. i bought three pairs of supposedly narrow-cut pants recently, but even those aren't fitting enough for me.
if you have the look and the body, you can wear a kain pelekat to KLCC for all people care. and since nasik lemak has made malaysians flabby and bulky, they can't to wear fitting jeans. the loose ones are more comfortable and they don't say "i thought i lost 40 pounds and now I'm showing off my skinny legs". which is safe, and safe is good.

So how do you wear a tie with that? (or you don't do ties?)
most architects dont wear ties. at least from my observation lah.
kahuna: LOL. you're always so funny. though you don't have to be actually skinny to wear streamlined pants. that's what tailors are for.
and no. i've never actually seen an architect with a tie. the classic architect look is usually just a crisp white shirt, or a suit, with big black plastic glasses. or they just wear everything black. we are ... the ultimate pessimist.
Hahaha, well, in all due respect to the fashion industry, I guess there's nothing wrong with tapered pants, or, err, we-ignorant-people's-term, -rempit's pants, it's just that not everyone can pull it off WITHOUT being labeled those mat motors, y'know what I mean?
Jeans ARE designed to fit, but only at the right places. Not everywhere :P
Besides, I heard tight fitting jeans can do things to male's sperm hahaha. Then again, I never paid attention much during science classes so pardon me.
And yeah, on second thought, if you were michael jackson, i guess the shoes'd suit you. doubt it'd work well with architects, haha

ahh, yes... i forgot that there's that tailor person. once, i brought a red kain baju melayu with corak landasan keretapi to a tailor near my house. he told me he could make a really nice baju melayu with it and i would look goo-ood for hari raya. and it turned out, it was hideous and i looked like i had been run over multiple times by a KTM Komuter. I learnt my lesson : Tailors lie. It's nothing personal, it's just business.
