after three years

this was my first project. a tight office with a tighter budget. conceived right after i completed first year of university, i knew nothing about construction then. neither was i accustomed to drawing conventions then, or details, and hence the process was extremely hands on. in retrospect, it's still looking great after three years. and while it's certainly not the best office in the city, but it is rather charming.

this cross diagonal wall appears as if it were about to fall over you.
i thought it was a cool thing to do.

natural light penetration throughout.
i tried my best. heh.

the diagonal wall dividing reception and pantry.
furniture is kept cheap and functional.
but the red chair needs to go.
gallery leading to the rooms.

Faiz, when are you back from Europe already?

I must already be in Melbourne at the time.
