bought a Nikon FM2. my first SLR. so far so good. i love the 50mm 1:1.4 lense. but the LED light meter seems busted. a whole film will probably go to waste because i have no idea what the 'right' exposure is.

Close your eyes and listen to your gut. Though that may just be gas.
an slr! finally! wow, sheez, i dont know when im able to get mine. le sigh, im planning to save up all my work money (im doing internship in a month +! takuuuuut, and hopefully they pay me well). im not sure if i want to buy a new digicam with all the add ons, or an slr or or or clothes. he he. but then again, im too much of a cheapskate to buy clothes which will go out of fashion by next year (liar!)

get a lightmeter..i mean if u want to take "serious" shots...nevet trust the built in meter.........

aida: the shots turned out better than i expected. i had underestimated my instincts. my focusing needs a little work though.
zafi: loves the camera. it's renewing my love of taking pictures.
natasha: i'm gassy now. too much coke.
kish: i totally understand. i cannot stop buying clothes. an SLR is definitely worth it, the only thing i hate about digital cameras (besides the pricetag) is that they go outdated really fast.
haven't bought any junk for two weeks. very proud of myself.

nadirah: aishah told me you might be coming back on your holiday. yeah! i'm really considering a light meter. i just can't afford one right now.
