am i wrong to assume that. deep. down. everyone is, to some extent, unhappy? because really, i do not see it. for all the self-inflicted and pointless dramas i've seen people put themselves through, they seem okay. as if they are not actually not-happy. perhaps it is simply an act of veiling that gives them a little more vagueness to their otherwise predictable nature

maybe i am just naive ... i should trust people a bit more

or maybe it's just one of those days when the mind takes you on a leap. a bottomless leap that reaps no relief. while i tell myself every day that i am okay, that i am blessed, that these feelings are not unusual and that every normal person feels them ... and as much as i try to console myself, ridding myself of all the negativity and trying to piece it all together again.

it does not work.

indifferent. numb. easy to please but. almost. never. happy.

Some people portray themselves as happy people to others to hide their pain. I know I do that all the time. You know so I don't have to entertain intriguing questions and to avoid from lying or telling only half of the truth. Works well for me, and I don't hurt anyone. And most of the time, the pain goes away on its own. Every other time, it goes away when another arrives.

While some other people seem happy (or they really are) because they're just gay. Haha. Or simply crazy, literally.

If life didn't suck we would all just fall off, right? (or float for that matter.. whatever)

Everyone's got a secret to hide.

you must be anonymous yeah?

im not actually sure how i portray myself to other. i believe i am generally positive, and don't usually say bad things about others. and i'm fine with not being an attention-seeking drama-queen. lol. haha

but if feelings don't lie, then yeah, i am unhappy. the pain comes and goes, that's true. but salvation is a little harder to find.

that's why i wonder if salvation is merely a myth? (or, as youve said, does everyone really have something to hide?)

yes. i tend to keep a lot of things to myself.

i don't trust my own judgment, my mind plays tricks on me. don't want to say things that i would regret saying
